We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) to manage newsletter signups and send the newsletter. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Brevo. As part of this service, Brevo automatically records the date and time of signup, which may also serve as evidence of consent.
